The LAB
Richard Cohen started The LAB in 2013 on Sukhumvit 31. He and the team have provided results-driven health and fitness services to the community over the years and in 2022, moved the studio to its current location in Marriott executive apartments on Sukhumvit 24.
Our coaches have extensive experience in improving fitness, weight-loss and strength programs, nutrition and rehabilition. Following an initial consultation, clients are matched with a specialist coach to ensure the right knowledge and care is provided, helping to get you to your goal. The LAB’s success in health and fitness coaching is proven through our clients, their loyalty and the integrity behind our brand. Training at The LAB focuses on your needs and results and continues to serve both the expat and local communities alike.
